  • Multi-year consultancy for a foreign fund as part of a revitalization project for a 70-hectare post-industrial area, along with representation of the client before courts and administrative authorities in civil and administrative matters related to, inter alia, with proceedings in the field of construction law, spatial development, nature protection, water law, ease of access by road and rail to property, transmission easement, infrastructure disputes, reprivatization claims, settlements, expropriations, annual fees for perpetual usufruct rights, monument protection, consolidation and property divisions
  • Advising a foreign institutional client in the commercialization of an office building in Warsaw, with a lease area of ​​approximately 30,000 m2, including negotiations regarding the conclusion of lease agreements
  • Advising a foreign fund, the owner of a shopping mall with an area of ​​approximately 100,000 m2, in the commercialization of retail and service areas, including negotiations regarding the conclusion of lease agreements, consultancy during negotiations and the conclusion of agreements on good neighborhood
  • Advising a foreign fund on the purchase of several investment properties, including examination of the legal status and contracts for the purchase of real estate, and then their sale, including investment plots and an office building with a total value of several dozen million euros

  • Representation of a foreign investor in the housing market in mediation proceedings regarding claims against a contractor, which ended with a settlement made by the parties
